Our Cancellation Policy
Dear Clients,
At Prolase Medispa we understand sometimes things come up unexpectedly and we do our best to accommodate your busy schedule. And while we respect your time, we expect you to respect ours in return.
As a courtesy, we send 72 hours email reminders, however, this is your responsibility to remember about your appointment.
We require 48 hours before rescheduling and cancellation notice via email or text. Otherwise, we charge fee of $40 for late rescheduling/cancellation and $50 for no-show.
We also might require to reschedule your appointment in order to avoid disrupting the appointments of other patients if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment.
