As a mother of 3, an immigrant, and entrepreneur, our founder Kira Burulova has faced the same struggles so many women know: balancing family, work, and the constant pressure to be everything for everyone. She knows exactly what it feels like to carry the weight of responsibility while still longing to feel radiant, confident, and seen.
When Kira founded Prolase back in 2014, her vision was bigger than creating a medispa. She wanted to build a space where strength, resilience, and passion come together—and where that energy flows between our team and our clients.

Today, she is not only the leader but the heart of Prolase, guiding both clients and her team with passion and vision.

With over 40 years of medical experience, Dr. Armani combines her expertise in internal medicine with advanced training in aesthetics. Recognized as one of Northern Virginia’s Top Doctors, she is dedicated to providing safe, effective, and personalized treatments that enhance both health and beauty. Patients trust her for her thorough, compassionate care and clear communication.
Anusha is one of the most important figures at Prolase, combining 6+ years of hands-on expertise with a natural talent for guiding clients to their best results.
